339Natural Language
42 datasets
Natural language datasets cover text, speech and lexical resources. For question answering and reading comprehension the list has SQuAD, MS MARCO, MCTest and the WorldTree explanation graphs. Large text and n-gram resources include Google Books Ngrams, the Google Web 5gram, Wikidata, DBpedia, the Blog Authorship Corpus and a USENET corpus. Lexical resources include WordNet, the Open Multilingual Wordnet and Universal Dependencies treebanks for many languages.
Speech data includes LJ Speech, the Blizzard Challenge audiobook recordings and a noisy speech database for enhancement and TTS work. For translation there are NLLB mined bitext and parliamentary text such as the Canadian Hansards, and smaller sets cover SMS spam, sentiment, authorship and Arabic news. Licences vary per corpus. SQuAD is CC BY-SA, MS MARCO is limited to non-commercial research, and each Universal Dependencies treebank carries its own licence. Check language coverage and annotation scheme before mixing sources.
