Prostate cancer is one of the better-covered single diseases in open data. For imaging, The Cancer Imaging Archive hosts the PROSTATEx challenge MR studies. Genomic data comes from cBioPortal, AACR's GENIE project and the international cohorts from Canada (CPC-GENE), France, the United Kingdom and early-onset cases from Germany. Population statistics come from SEER and the U.S. Cancer Statistics Public Use Database, and the PLCO screening trial provides detailed prostate data.
The small Stamey et al. (1989) prostate dataset from the ElemStatLearn R package is a classic teaching example for regression. Access levels vary. Summary statistics and processed mutation data are usually open, while PLCO data requires a project application, SEER research data requires a data use agreement, and raw sequencing from the genomic cohorts is controlled access. Imaging uses DICOM, so plan for conversion if your tools expect NIfTI or PNG.
